Workshop Program

We expect the workshop to run for one and a half days:

Day 1
will consist of a brief talk summarizing current progress on CBMSL. We will also review how issues 1) - 4) of our agenda are solved in existing multi-cell modeling software. To attract a large group of genuinely interested participants the workshop will provide a platform for scientists willing discuss their modeling methodologies/platforms along with a list of problems they run into when they attempt to share/validate/curate their models.

Day 2
as well as the reminder of day 1 will consist of parallel sessions each one attempting to solve issues 1) - 4). We expect that at least 2 of the 4 main issues will be solved during the workshop.
